[aur-requests] [PRQ#19479] Deletion Request for mingw-w64-freetype2-minimal

Martchus [1] filed a deletion request for mingw-w64-freetype2-minimal [2]: My package `mingw-w64-freetype2-bootstrap` serves the exact same purpose and should be sufficient.
