[aur-requests] [PRQ#35500] Deletion Request for python2-sherpa

MarsSeed [1] filed a deletion request for python2-sherpa [2]: I suggest to drop this legacy Python 2 package as well, for the same reason I submitted for all scientific and astronomy packages for which the Python 2 ecosystem is essentially defunct and dead now.
