[PRQ#42015] Deletion Request for wxgtk-dev

MarsSeed [1] filed a deletion request for wxgtk-dev [2]: Old "development version" packages for wxwidgets but only for gtk2, gtk3. Seems out of maintenance as Arch repo version is newer than this. Arch has renamed wxgtk* / wxqt packages to wxwidgets-*, to the name of this package is obsolete. Nothing depends on these packages on AUR so I recommend deletion. The wxwidgets project very rarely publishes beta or release candidate packages, so I don't see any adute need to keep this "dev" package, especially with a name that doesn't align anymore with upstream Arch repo, and one that omits the Qt subpackage.
