[aur-requests] [PRQ#10032] Deletion Request for idos-timetable-data-chaps-trains-idol-latest

dreieck [1] filed a deletion request for idos-timetable-data-chaps- trains-idol-latest [2]: Replaced by idos-timetable-data-chaps-trains-idol-2018-latest. Since the old data get's removed upstream at some point, I decided to make a new package every year, so that people can keep the old ones installed to keep the old data, if they wish.
