[PRQ#66894] Deletion Request for pacdef

tvandermolen [1] filed a deletion request for pacdef [2]: This project seems to be abandoned. There has been no GitHub activity from the dev since May, and no response to 2-month old Issue #90 about an outdated dependency, which is the cause of chrpinedo's comment here.
