[PRQ#42092] Deletion Request for python2-codetools

MarsSeed [1] filed a deletion request for python2-codetools [2]: This Python 2 tool cannot be built because of a missing Py2 dependency. Package was last updated in 2015. There is a newer release and even newer commits in GitHub repo that make this work on Python 3. So I recommend deleting this old version which is now defunct.
