[PRQ#39634] Deletion Request for owntracks-recorder-git

izaera [1] filed a deletion request for owntracks-recorder-git [2]: This is not maintained and, though I have started maintaining "owntracks-recorder", I'm not willing to maintain this package too. Since leaving it would cause trouble and introduce noise, it may be better to remove it and restore it, if necessary, in the future. I don't know if that fits into the "duplicate packages" category, or if it is better to flag it out-of-date and orphan...
