[PRQ#58026] Deletion Request for fingerprint-gui

MarsSeed [1] filed a deletion request for fingerprint-gui [2]: EOL since 2017; not compatible with fingerprint reader devices produced during the last 5 years, as it depends on the deprecated libfprint-1 (which fails to build in clean chroot).
