[PRQ#46232] Deletion Request for python2-mccabe

MarsSeed [1] filed a deletion request for python2-mccabe [2]: Unused Python2 code complexity checker. It is a plugin for flake8, but there is no such tool on AUR for Python2. This was only useful for developers to inform them about the Python2 code quality. I recommend deletion now.
