a821 [1] filed a deletion request for fortune-mod-chappelle [2]: Orphan, last update in 2016, and broken due to missing a (make)dependency (1). Former maintainer also owns upstream repo which has not seen a commit since 2016 (seems abandoned). Nothing requires this. Safe to delete. (1) The dependency was deleted beginning of this year (PRQ#39521). Note: This is part of a series of deletion requests for similar named packages called "fortune-mod-xxx".
