[PRQ#53951] Deletion Request for stf

MarsSeed [1] filed a deletion request for stf [2]: Abandoned EOL project from 4 years ago. [a] Fails to build from source. Safe to delete. stf and stf-git were the only remaining dependents of AUR/nodejs6-bin, which conflicts with repo's nodejs and breaks thousands of packages.
