[PRQ#64563] Deletion Request for go-bindata-hashicorp

MarsSeed [1] filed a deletion request for go-bindata-hashicorp [2]: No longer needed, 6 year old, archived, obsolete fork. [a] AUR/go-bindata is 2 years newer and on a higher major version (v4.x). There is an active maintenance fork that provides point releases with bugfixes, so the latter package can be further updated.
