[PRQ#41509] Deletion Request for wine-wizard-git

MarsSeed [1] filed a deletion request for wine-wizard-git [2]: And old GUI for WINE; project abandoned in 2016. [a] As per AUR comments, it fails to build since at least 2021. I recommend deletion.
