[PRQ#50677] Orphan Request for gimp-git

Bink [1] filed an orphan request for gimp-git [2]: The maintainer said on 14 March 2022 (https://aur.archlinux.org/packages/gegl-git) they are involved in refugee support for Ukraine, and that we should expect no updates. It seems sensible that someone who is currently in a position to maintain this package, should be free to do so.
