[aur-requests] [PRQ#19137] Orphan Request for miopen

acxz [1] filed an orphan request for miopen [2]: This package needs to be synced with the work ongoing at https://github.com/rocm-arch/rocm-arch, however the maintainer has not been active and has not synced the PKGBUILD to the AUR. As such, we would like to pass maintainership to someone else who is active enough for the project.
