[PRQ#66537] Deletion Request for nanominer-cuda

silferkanto [1] filed a request to merge nanominer-cuda [2] into nanominer [3]: After [version 3.7.7](https://github.com/nanopool/nanominer/releases/tag/v3.8.0), upstream stop providing nanominer-cuda separate of nanominer. There is already a nanominer package here that I also maintain.
