[PRQ#52062] Deletion Request for pyside2-tools-git

MarsSeed [1] filed a deletion request for pyside2-tools-git [2]: Broken, EOL Qt5 based Python tools; currently linked upstream repo no longer exists (404). Useless to keep this package. Extra repo still carries the stable pyside2-tools (whose upstream is in minimal maintenance mode).
