[aur-requests] [PRQ#17733] Deletion Request for authy

NeoTheo [1] filed a deletion request for authy [2]: Authy is up to version 1.8.0 now and it doesn't seem to need electron4 anymore. I edited the PKGBUILD and authy.desktop files to use electron rather than electron4 and it ran better with electron.
