[PRQ#46910] Deletion Request for waybar-hyprland

MarsSeed [1] filed a deletion request for waybar-hyprland [2]: The latest waybar 0.9.22 release, available in the Arch and derivative repos, supports hyprland workspaces and persistent workspaces without the hyprctl-based workaround patch used here.
