[aur-requests] [PRQ#746] Orphan Request for notepadqq-git

flamusdiu [1] filed a orphan request for notepadqq-git [2]: I created the notepadqq-bin package which is the updated binarys for this software. I have also created a replacement -git package as well since this one hasn't been updated in over a year an the new versions uses qt5 (not qt4).
