[PRQ#45072] Deletion Request for glxosd

MarsSeed [1] filed a deletion request for glxosd [2]: As this OpenGL and X11 based game overlay project has discontinued since 2017, [a] it might no longer be useful to keep this package. MangoHud is a Vulkan-based functional replacement, which is also compatible with Wayland, not just X11. Latter is available in Arch repos in both native x86_64 as well as lib32 builds.
