MarsSeed [1] filed an orphan request for orfeo-toolbox [2]:

I am willing to fix this package if current owner isn't.

As per my yet-to-be-addressed comment from 2023-09-26, depends 'ossim'
is long broken, unbuildable, and should be removed from this PKGBUILD,
because upstream project has dropped support for it in September 2021.
