MarsSeed [1] filed a deletion request for python2-atpy [2]: Broken, not useful here; dependency python2-astropy already deleted; also python2-h5py has been broken for years because it is now incompatible with the C API's of the hdf5 scientific data format library. atpy has been discontinued in 2013.
