[aur-requests] [PRQ#36406] Deletion Request for python-contexter-git

MarsSeed [1] filed a deletion request for python-contexter-git [2]: Development discontinued since 2017. [a] Therefore there is no need for this VCS package anymore. Also the provides is wrong in the python2 subpackage. AUR has a stable package for the python3 module, and nothing depends on the python2 one.
