[aur-requests] [PRQ#35108] Orphan Request for kubedb-cli-bin

MarsSeed [1] filed an orphan request for kubedb-cli-bin [2]: I believe maintainer is MIA, no activity from them can be seen the last 18 months. This package was last updated in 2019, whereas the project is very much alive and pushes regular releases. This is a binary package but currently it is the only kubedb-cli on Arch/AUR so it is useful to have the latest version available. I think the package would better be orphaned.
