[PRQ#58439] Merge Request for dooit-bin

jaxvanyang [1] filed a request to merge dooit-bin [2] into dooit [3]: This is duplicated to dooit. I was trying to turn dooit into a source package so I created this package for transition. But I found that it depends python-tzlocal 2.1, which is not installable on Arch because it's 5.2 now. I'll just push my change to dooit, please merge this package. Thanks.
