[PRQ#69681] Deletion Request for linuxtrack

MarsSeed [1] filed a deletion request for linuxtrack [2]: Obsolete, long broken, abandoned Qt4/qt4webkit based VR/AR related package. Last upstream release was in 2016 and the code is barely maintained. Also, its dependency cwiid has been EOL for 16 years and is broken too, as per comments on the AUR/linuxtrack page. I think it's enough to keep the working opentrack{,-git} packages for the same purpose, whose upstream is continually being developed.
