[PRQ#45670] Deletion Request for vala-panel-extras-git

MarsSeed [1] filed a deletion request for vala-panel-extras-git [2]: Discontinued vala panel extras from 2021 [a]. Defunct since October 2022, when Arch repos dropped libgweather (libgweather-3.so) without uploading it to AUR. No users commented or flagged this apart from me. Safe to delete, as it's incompatible with the currently available dependencies.
