[PRQ#49156] Deletion Request for ttf-dejavu-ib

MarsSeed [1] filed a deletion request for ttf-dejavu-ib [2]: This is now just an older duplicate of extra/ttf-dejavu. Also the infinality mods are defunct, discontinued and no longer needed anyway, due to upstream improvements in fontconfig and freetype2.
