[aur-requests] [PRQ#35913] Orphan Request for scapy-git

MarsSeed [1] filed an orphan request for scapy-git [2]: Package needs some TLC. :) E.g., it needs to drop broken Python2 subpackage. Therefore I am requesting this to be disowned, so that other volunteers can contribute to its maintenance. Flagged out-of-date (2020-04-06).
