[PRQ#47354] Deletion Request for chinese-calendar-git

MarsSeed [1] filed a deletion request for chinese-calendar-git [2]: Unmaintained old non-VCS package from 2021. OOD flag calling for using git master as source instead of a release tarball from 2022-06 went unanswered. Better to delete. Repo actually carries the latest commit version from upstream.
