[PRQ#49706] Merge Request for hx-git

alex.henrie [1] filed a request to merge hx-git [2] into hex-hx-git [3]: This package needs to be renamed to hex-hx-git for two reasons: 1. The upstream project is called "hex" even though the installed binary is called "hx". Its README calls it "Hex (hx)". 2. I need to upload a hx-git package for the Git version of the (much older) TUI hex editor that is also called "hx".
