[PRQ#60247] Deletion Request for sdl2-jstest-git

HurricanePootis [1] filed a deletion request for sdl2-jstest-git [2]: sdl2-jstest-git does not need to exist as sdl-jstest-git provides the sdl2 and sdl binary already. Also, this package doesn't build in the current state, and the sdl-jstest-git package is good.
