[PRQ#68243] Deletion Request for carch-git Accepted

Request #68243 has been Accepted by Antiz [1]: Third party installer / setup scripts like carch are not supported and are considered derivative distros. As such, they are not allowed on the AUR (which is made specifically for Arch only). [1] https://aur.archlinux.org/account/Antiz/
