[PRQ#45490] Deletion Request for hdf5-salome

MarsSeed [1] filed a deletion request for hdf5-salome [2]: Broken orphan from 2018; variant of repo's hdf5. Only broken legacy salome packages from 2016 depend on it. The former maintainer of those just disowned them all, indicating they don't need such packages. Last user comment here is from 2017, and the related packages are similarly abandoned by users for several years.
