[PRQ#49806] Deletion Request for plata-theme-slim

Phantasm [1] filed a deletion request for plata-theme-slim [2]: Theme hasn't been updated for almost 3 years and is essentially broken in many applications (even DE independent ones; Support for many DEs is not built with this package).
