[PRQ#58709] Deletion Request for rtaudio5-exp

Precise [1] filed a deletion request for rtaudio5-exp [2]: Indeed, it is entirely possible to completely remove this package without consequences, since it is outdated and not actual. sdrpp package is now supported both rtaudio 5 and 6.
