[aur-requests] [PRQ#9692] Deletion Request for perl-test-simple

Flakebi [1] filed a deletion request for perl-test-simple [2]: community/perl should provide perl-test-simple and a more up to date version is available as perl-test-more-git, so this package is obsolete.
