[PRQ#41514] Merge Request for aide

NebulaSurfer [1] filed a request to merge aide [2] into aide-mhash [3]: I forked the mhash package into the AUR with the pkg-config file included, fixed some issues that prevent this package from building, added a bit to aide.conf, and updated AIDE to a newer version.
