[aur-requests] [PRQ#15752] Merge Request for jd-tool

radmen [1] filed a request to merge jd-tool [2] into jd-tool-bin [3]: Hey. `jd-tool` does not follow the naming convention. It downloads the precompiled binary so it should be postfixed with `-bin`. I've fixed this, now would like to merge those packages. Thanks!
