[aur-requests] [PRQ#4501] Deletion Request for openrc-net

Alad [1] filed a deletion request for openrc-net [2]: Maintainer dropped AUR support: https://forum.manjaro.org/index.php?topic=27333.0 "The openrc-core package will be split up, and we will have a openrc package, a new netifrc package, and a new udev-openrc package. Due to now clashing name with 3rd party openrc packages on AUR, I will discontinue AUR support, so the manjaro builds will become manjaro exclusive in regard to availability."
