[PRQ#45044] Deletion Request for nodejs-normit-git

MarsSeed [1] filed a deletion request for nodejs-normit-git [2]: Development in public GitHub repo discontinued since May 2017. [a] The latest released version was published in 2017 after the last public commit, therefore it is not available in GitHub repo, only on npmjs. [b] Consequently, there is no point in keeping this VCS package. Supposing it still works, the newer version can be easily installed with npm.
