[PRQ#57904] Merge Request for eclipse-cpp-bin

altermetax [1] filed a request to merge eclipse-cpp-bin [2] into eclipse-cpp [3]: - The eclipse-cpp-bin package seems unmaintained - Both eclipse-cpp and eclipse-cpp-bin create the package from pre- built artifacts, however as per the AUR submission guidelines Java software shouldn't have the -bin prefix, so eclipse-cpp should be the correct name.
