[PRQ#49535] Orphan Request for python-pulsectl-asyncio

s3rglx [1] filed an orphan request for python-pulsectl-asyncio [2]: Maintainer seems to be inactive. Update required to get pulsectl_asyncio running properly on python 3.11 environment. ImportError Issue in PulseVolume widget encountered when updating qtile to 0.23.0. Updated package (PKGBUILD) locally and it is working fine.
