[PRQ#58921] Deletion Request for vkroots

MarsSeed [1] filed a deletion request for vkroots [2]: Upstream does not have release tags. The code is maintained sporadically (just a few times a year). It's enough to keep AUR/vkroots-git [a], which is always up-to-date (as opposed to this package, which as of now is not).
