[PRQ#71639] Deletion Request for vgmplay

MarsSeed [1] filed a deletion request for vgmplay [2]: Broken, EOL, abandoned package from 2020. Source checksum verification fails. Upstream has deprecated and abandoned this library in favor of its successor, libvgm. AUR has a maintained VCS package for the latter.
