Minor clarifications: - AUR/motioneye is already broken and is currently unmaintained. So it won't be badly affected by deleting tornado5. (And its newer version supports python-tornado v6, which is currently in repo.) - AUR/motioneye-git *already* depends on python-tornado v6. Broken, unused legacy tornado v5 from 2019.
Not used: only the currently broken orphan motioneye depends on it, which has to be updated to use tornado v6 from repo, just like its VCS counterpart, motioneye-git.
