[aur-requests] [PRQ#32593] Deletion Request for bzr-git-plugin

MarsSeed [1] filed a deletion request for bzr-git-plugin [2]: Python2-based Canonical Bazaar has been discontinued in 2017 and got dropped from Arch in 2020. This plugin is not needed anymore and should be deleted.
