bionade24 [1] filed a request to merge ros-melodic-ompl [2] into ompl [3]: Ompl is a motion planning library compeletely independent from ROS. Since we don't depend on a specific version it can be deleted and we can simply use the ompl dep, that is needed by other packages, too.
