[aur-requests] [PRQ#4492] Merge Request for nwipe-git

TheSqrtMinus1 [1] filed a request to merge nwipe-git [2] into nwipe [3]: Seeing as how nwipe no longer uses sourceforge, and the original nwipe package now 404's, this package should be renamed to "nwipe" so as to avoid confusion.
